The "Five Animals" are a set of Qi Gong exercises that were developed & designed to offer a balanced combination of exercises for each animal. In essence, the five Animal qi gong seeks to bring harmony within all of the body’s energy systems, these exercises help us to cultivate health and longevity.

The five animals in the exercises are the tiger, deer, bear, monkey and bird. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, Regular practise can improve functioning of the

Liver/Gall Bladder (tiger style),

 Kidneys/Bladder (deer style),

Spleen/Stomach (bear style),

Heart/Small Intestine (monkey style)

 Lung/Large Intestine (bird style)

 Regular practice of this Qi Gong exercise will limber up the joints, strengthen the waist, nourish the organs function, help prevent disease and prolong life.
