Sifu Gary Cassidy is the official Southern Ireland Representative for Chow Gar Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu.
He has been training in the martial arts for over 35 years . After more than 16 years training in Chow Gar Mantis Gung Fu as a student of master Paul Whitrod he was awarded the title of Sifu.
